1. Between Indonesian NARBO secretariat and Japan Water Agency
(2) On Twinning Program Activity
Three competent personnel from JASA TIRTA (water service public corporation) I & II in Indonesia have dispatched to the Japan Water Agency (JWA) aimed at stimulating the activities of sharing information and experiences on IWRM based on the Agreement of Twinning Program between Indonesian NARBO and JWA.
Two personnel are being sent from JASA TIRTA I, and one personnel from JASA TIRTA II for the two month program from July 12th – Sept. 10th.
At the beginning of the program, they learned JWA’s administrative and institutional system and so on , and both parties sharpened their recognition through exchanging information on each party system. As part of the program, on 10th August, they gave presentation of the outline of their corporation system and relevant laws and regulations. Entering the end of program, they have been visiting many water resources related sites with tough schedule. With taking part in many events on weekdays and weekends, they become more and more familiar with Japanese life and culture.
